Digitization and justice, compliance, integrity, and the missions of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) are the focus of the fifth edition of the BIF Talks, an event organized by the Business Integrity Forum of Transparency - International Italia with the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, scheduled in its Aula Magna between 10:45 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20. "Digital justice" is the theme of the 2023 edition, with particular reference to PNRR missions and so-called "Digital compliance". In particular, the debate and discussion are intended to highlight the main innovative drivers and possible connections or synergies between digitization and justice, compliance, integrity, focusing on PNRR's "Mission 1" (digitization, innovation, competitiveness), which deals with the evolution and modernization of public administration and digitization of the "justice" sector and, at the same time, the constant evolution of "Digital Compliance" in the private sector.
